Youth

For children, the process of maturing into young adults is filled with changes and new experiences.  Beginning to think and act independently from your parents is both exciting and terrifying.  This can be particularly true in questions of faith and a relationship with God.  At Living Hope Church, we want to help young people (and their families!) navigate the complexities of the middle school and high school years as they follow Jesus Christ.

Sunday School - Sunday Mornings - 9:00-10:00AM

We have two regular D6 Sunday School classes for Middle School students (6th-8th grades) and High School students (9th-12th graders).  Taught by pastors and volunteers, this class gives students the opportunity to study the Bible in a safe environment. D6 connects the church to home and families to one another. D6 Curriculum is one of the most effective small group and Sunday School curriculums you can find. D6 is based on the principles of Deuteronomy 6:5-9—love God, love His Word, and teach your children to do the same.

D6 Curriculum aligns small group environments at church so the entire family is studying the same theme at the same time. The cool thing is, it doesn’t stop at the church worship experience. This one of a kind discipleship curriculum goes beyond the small group experience and helps parents and grandparents reconnect with kids and teens through the use of devotional study guides, Splink, Home Connection, and other take-home resources that help equip the home.

Youth Group - Wednesday Nights - 7:00-8:30PM

Our students (6th-12th grade) meet weekly on Wednesday evenings with a group of 15-20 students. The typical monthly schedule is as follows:

1st Wednesday – Game night – This is a great time to invite friends and just hang out as the students play games, watch a short Gospel video, and have snacks.

2nd Wednesday – Bible Study - the groups start out playing games and then moves to a time of Bible study and discussion.

3rd Wednesday – Game and Speaker night – the evening begins with games, and then moves into a time of worship and a guest speaker.

4th Wednesday – Bible Study – same schedule as the 2nd Wednesday.

In addition, we hold other special events and service opportunities throughout the year. Contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for more information.
