What should I expect when contacting support outside its published hours?
Look for published exceptions such as a temporary closure notice. Check whether your message requires an additional requested action.
What should I check in a seller's quotation before accepting it?
Check for exclusions that would require an additional arrangement. Check whether a requested modification is actually reflected in the quoted scope.
What should I check before agreeing to a seller's proposed resolution?
Avoid agreeing merely because you feel rushed by an unclear message. Agree on a clear, relevant next step whose scope and conditions you understand.
