I grew up in Batavia and graduated from B.H.S. in 1955. I received my RN after studying at Copley Hospital, and stayed at Copley as an O.R. nurse for 41 years. Following marriage to Red we became parents of three and grandparents to eight. We became members of Union in 1963. I have served on Mission, Christian Ed and Deacon Boards. Currently I am on the Board of Deacons, belong to Ladies Bible Study, Piecemaker quilters, choir, Faith Guild, and assist at Sports Camp and nursery helper. I belong to the North Aurora Garden club and volunteer at Batavia Depot Museum.
