Elders
The Elders of Living Hope Church are responsible for the shepherding, spiritual growth, edification and encouragement of healthy relationships of members. They are responsible for overall long-range planning and biblical teaching and regularly pray for the church and the members.
Elders oversee all Church Boards, teams and committees, are responsible for the procedure for church membership, and administer church discipline.
Deacons
The Deacons of the church will develop and implement a procedure to ensure that prospective and current members of the church are compassionately cared for by practicing hospitality, visitation, caring for widows, the homebound and those with ongoing needs; and engaging in other practical ministries thought to be of service to the Elders.
Board of Operations
The Board of Operations consists of a Finance Committee and a Buildings and Grounds Committee. They will ensure the development and implementation of sound business and financial policies for the church to follow as well as provide communication and oversight to the general operations of the church assets.
Board of Ministries
The Board of Ministries studies the needs of the church and the needs of the community to determine the ways and means by which the policies and programs of all the ministries of the church shall be carried forward. They do this by correlating all ministries of the church into one coordinated whole through ministry teams.
